Stepping aboard the Morris 36 is a treat to the eye and an opportunity to experience and sail a true modern "classic". The yacht is stable underfoot and the teak decks make walking around secure.
The cockpit is large and your guests are free from any sail handling. Every line lead aft to the helm. Electric primaries with assorted clutches make line sheeting a breeze.
Interior is cozy and well appointed. New Forward berth built in 2020. The salon table is a perfect escape from the elements. Those under 4' 11" have standing headroom. Compact galley with refrigeration and very comfortable head.

The M36, designed by Sparkman & Stephens, is a 36' traditional, classic styled boat intended for short or single-handed sailing. Whether you are going for a day sail or a weekend, this S&S design produced with Morris Yachts quality and the latest in engineering materials will deliver performance sailing that is fun, comfortable, and simple. It is a classically designed yacht of moderate proportions, timeless sheer and long graceful overhangs. A modest cabin is incorporated into the design which contains a day head, a galley with galley with sink, refrigerator and storage space for provisions. The port and starboard settees are carefully designed for lounging or sleeping. Generous storage can be found in the forepeak.

Morris 34 Standard Equipment Hull - Deck - Built to the highest specifications using Reichold Hydrex resin andquadaxial E-glass laminate. Our gelcoat is the highest marinegrade of ISO NPG. Decks are balsa cored. All areas for thrufastenings are solid fiberglass. Layout - Port side head, two main cabin berths, small galley to starboard.
Engine - Yanmar (2014) 14hp marine diesel with fresh water cooling, Racor secondary fuel filter, 12 gallon fuel tank, single lever control and instrument panel with gauges.
Spars - Carbon Fiber - White Awlgrip - stainless steel hardware and internal reefing. Rigging - 1 x l9 x1-4" stainless steel wire, double braided sheets, New England Rope Sta-set X external halyards, Topping lift and Jiffy reefing, four Lewmar #40's (two electric and two standard) self-tailing primary and secondary winches, controlling all functions from the helm.
Electrical - Two 100 amp 12V deep cycle marine batteries, circuit breaker panel with voltmeter, master switch and main breaker, tin-coated copper wiring, copper grounding system for standing rigging and engine, five 12V dome cabin lights, bow and deck lights, pulpit-mounted bow and stem navigation lights. Equipment - Bulkhead-mounted cockpit compass, nine stainless steel opening ports with screens, Lewmar cabin top hatches, top-loading ice chest, stainless steel sink in galley with foot pump and head sink with fresh water pump, manual bilge pump, Marelon thru hulls, approved marine head with holding tank, 20 gallon water tank, teak toerails, hand rails and trunk cabin trim.
